CISRS
The Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme CISRS has been the industry recognised scaffold training scheme for over 40 years.
It is the preferred scaffolding qualification of all the major organisations including CSCS, NASC, Build UK, UNITE and the largest scaffold systems manufacturers.
The scheme, established in the 1960s, has 60,000+ CISRS card holders in the UK & 20,000+ OSTS card holders overseas.

Recognised Exemptions for CISRS Card Applications
CISRS accept some other industry recognised Health and Safety qualifications as an exemption to the Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) test.
Those listed below must be completed within two years of the date of application:
- IOSH Working Safely/IOSH Managing Safely/IOSH Directing Safely/SHE For Constructors Workers/Safety Health & Environment for Construction Site Managers
Current copies of the following qualifications will be accepted:
- Current CCNSG Safety Passport (SCATS)
- Current CCNSG Leading a Team Safely (SCATS)
- Current MIST/BOSIET/OPITO Approved Offshore Certificate
- SOLAS Safe Pass
