Delegates who achieve 72% or higher will receive their CITB SSSTS certificate, which will be valid for five years.

This classroom course is a highly interactive course taught through case studies, discussion, group work and individual or group presentations.

Delegates will be continuously assessed during the course in preparation for the final assessment. The assessment is multiple-choice and will be undertaken under test conditions.

Prior to expiry of your certificate, you can refresh your certification by attending a refresher course.
